Termite Inspection Requirements
Why You Need an Annual Termite Inspection
Termites can do a lot of damage without you even noticing. Even if you’ve owned your home or business for a while, annual termite inspections are crucial to protecting your building and staying ahead of wood-destroying organisms (WDO) like termites.
If you’re thinking of selling your home or business, we can help you fix any problems with your building and make it more appealing to buyers.
If you are buying a home and a termite inspection hasn’t been performed yet, we highly suggest getting one. This will arm you with the information you need to make a decision – if there are termites present, you can either walk away or negotiate for a lower price.
To keep subterranean termites away long-term, choose our eco-friendly Sentricon termite control. Our pest exterminators are licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board of California.
The Inspection Process

Termites and other wood-destroying organisms such as carpenter ants, rot fungus, and wood-infesting beetles.
Areas that would be attractive to pests such as wet wood.
Based on our findings, the inspector will write and send a detailed report to you. If your building has termite damage, we will give you a quote for treating and fixing it.
Do you want eco-friendly pest control? Then you’ve found us. We use a proactive approach called Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Instead of just figuring out what kind of pest is in your home, we also identify how and why the pests are on your property. IPM uses a variety of ways to prevent pets from returning.
