Branch 2/3 Licensed Field Representative
Department: Pest & Termite Division
Reports To: Services Team Leader / Operations Manager
Classification: Full-Time | Hourly or Commission-Based
Position Summary:
The Branch 2/3 Field Representative is responsible for conducting termite inspections, pest evaluations, and recommending appropriate treatments per California Structural Pest Control Board regulations. This role includes writing clear inspection reports, providing proposals for treatment and repairs, and delivering excellent customer service to property owners, agents, and escrow officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural inspections for termites and wood-destroying organisms (WDOs) under Branch 3 license
- Conduct general pest inspections and apply treatments under Branch 2 license
- Accurately diagnose infestations, conditions, and damage
- Generate WDO inspection reports using TermiteKiosk (or company software)
- Provide estimates and recommendations for fumigation, local treatments, repairs, and pest services
- Communicate findings and proposed solutions to clients, real estate agents, and office staff
- Ensure compliance with SPCB, InterNACHI, and company SOPs
- Maintain proper licensing, continuing education, and PPE use
- Support the field team as needed with service follow-ups and job walk-throughs
Qualifications:
- Valid Branch 2 and/or Branch 3 Field Representative License (California SPCB)
- Knowledge of structural components, building codes, and treatment methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong time management
- Ability to climb ladders, access attics/crawlspaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Experience with TermiteKiosk or similar reporting software preferred
Wood Repair Crew Member (Carpenter / Technician)
Department: Wood Repairs & Structural Restoration
Reports To: Crew Supervisor / Services Team Leader
Classification: Full-Time | Hourly
Position Summary:
The Wood Crew Member performs structural wood repairs and replacements due to termite or fungal damage. This role requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, code-compliant work in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural wood replacement and cosmetic repairs (e.g., fascia, rafter tails, patio covers, sheathing, siding)
- Execute repairs based on WDO inspection reports and job scopes
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
- Ensure safe and proper use of tools, materials, and ladders
- Communicate progress and findings with Crew Supervisor and office staff
- Work collaboratively with termite and pest control team when needed
- Maintain clean appearance and uphold company reputation on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wood framing and finish carpentry (1–3 years minimum preferred)
- Ability to read and follow work orders, diagrams, and repair scopes
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors year-round
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license with clean record preferred.
Licensed Applicator – Pest Control Technician
Department: Pest Control Services
Reports To: Services Team Leader / Operations Manager
Classification: Full-Time | Hourly
Position Summary:
The Applicator is responsible for performing pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties in accordance with California Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB) regulations. This includes general pest control services, follow-up treatments, bait station maintenance, and customer education. The Applicator represents the front line of the company’s service quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine general pest control treatments, including exterior perimeter sprays, interior spot treatments, and bait applications
- Service rodent control programs, including setting traps and maintaining bait stations
- Monitor and document pest activity, treatment results, and product use according to SPCB requirements
- Communicate service findings and recommendations clearly to clients
- Maintain treatment schedules and route efficiency using company CRM or route management software
- Apply all pesticides and control products safely and in compliance with label directions and regulations
- Conduct property inspections and report pest activity or structural concerns to supervisors or inspectors
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service vehicle
- Attend required safety and continuing education training
Qualifications:
- Valid California SPCB Applicator License (Branch 2 – General Pest Control)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage daily route
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics)
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year in pest control or field service role
- Familiarity with residential and commercial pest trends in Southern California
- Experience with CRM or mobile reporting tools (e.g., Briostack)
